Stuck in a January produce rut? Let's join together to learn different techniques for enhancing cold-weather roots, gourds, greens, and fruits. Tamima Wyszkowski will lead us in a hands-on demonstration that will culminate in a light vegetarian tasting experience for us to share. Participants are encouraged to bring a bottle of mevushal wine!
