 Lital Casper Rosenberg is the AIPAC Midwest Deputy Regional Director, Overseeing the   nine-state campaign of the Midwest region and the day to day operations of the Midwest   office. Prior to this role, Lital held other positions in the AIPAC Midwest Office.

 Before AIPAC, Lital was a corporate lawyer in Tel Aviv, where she focused on the Israeli   startup sector and corporate finance. She also served as a commander in the Israel   Defense Forces intelligence corps, where she was an analyst, and later served as an   emissary to Chicago on behalf of the Jewish Agency for Israel. Lital grew up in Jerusalem and graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Law School with high honors. She is a member of ASBI along with her husband Ari and their girls Yuval, Noga and Amit.
