Family Shiur with Molly Jaret
"Connection through Creativity"

This class will be a hands-on exploration of the role creativity plays in connecting with God and our community, as we study the creativity involved in building the Mishkan! While the teaching will be suited for elementary school through middle school aged children, there will be Mishkan-related coloring + art supplies to use for all kids who attend!

"We sometimes think of creativity as a solitary pursuit, but in fact, this fundamental element of human  experience is an essential part of the bonds between us, a powerful tool for creating community and  connection - with each other, and with the Divine” (from the class guide by Alicia Jo Rabins).

Adult Shiur with Rabbanit Goldie
“Carry on my Wayward Son…”
An Introduction to Perek Ben Sorer U’Moreh (8th Chapter of Sanhedrin)

Rabbanit Goldie will be kicking off her Sunday Talmud shiur with a class exploring the legal background of the ben sorer u’moreh, or rebellious child. This shiur is geared towards beginning -intermediate students of Talmud, with the ability to read Hebrew. Texts will be in the original Hebrew, many given with translation (and with tools for translation at the ready!).
