Join other members of the ASBI community to read and discuss a lengthy teshuvah published just weeks ago by Rabbi Ra’em HaKohen, rosh yeshiva of the yeshiva in Otniel. The teshuvah is an extended argument on behalf of a new approach to conversion in Modern Israel and is the theoretical basis for controversial legislation under debate in the Knesset. This class is for those with strong Hebrew language skills and prior experience reading halakhic texts.
