Looking for a female roommate

I am looking for a female roommate to share a really nice new place in Lakeview. The apartment has all of the following features:

-it is located in a doorman building in a FABULOUS location right on West Grace Street, at the intersection of Broadway and Halsted in Lakeview
-the building itself is brand new. It was only built three or four years ago
-in unit washer/dryer
-stainless steel appliances/marble countertops
-dishwasher
-garbage disposal
-fireplace
-huge balcony with a view of Wrigley facing south

The lucky new roommate has a separate bathroom and shower also, so common space is pretty much the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

All of the space will be furnished except for the bedroom/bathroom. There are many fun new kitchen gadgets to play with, as well as comfy couches, an overstuffed arm chair, and fabulous artwork.


You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly female Jewish law student who also will be working part time in the Jewish community.
