Roommate needed for 2bed/2bath Lakeview condo!

My roommate's leaving at the end of the summer, and so I'm looking for a new roommate for a September 1 move-in date. The condo is a 2 bed/2 bath luxury highrise on Lake Shore Drive between Grace and Irving Park - walking distance to all Lakeview shuls, but also to coffee shops, restaurants, Wrigley Field, the Red Line CTA, and the Lake. The 151, 145, and 146 buses stop literally outside the door.

The condo has been recently rehabbed, with new hardwood floors, updated bathrooms and kitchen with stainless steel and a dishwasher. The living room has wrap-around windows with a view of the lake and the park. 24 hour doormen, onsite handy man, indoor/outdoor sun deck, bike room, and on-site garage.

FULLY FURNISHED in all common areas, including TV, DVD player, etc. CABLE/HEAT/water/gas INCLUDED. All rooms have window A/C. Move in Sept. 1. Unfortunately, no cats or dogs. Female roommate preferred.
