I will be in NYC during the month of June, and I am looking for someone to sublet my beautiful, furnished 1 bedroom apartment for that month. Strictly kosher kitchen (you must adhere to high standards), beautiful furniture, view of the lake, central AC, spacious kitchen, and right on Lake Shore Drive! Building amenities include doorman, gym, outdoor pool, indoor parking, quiet neighbors, excellent maintenance, and "luxury" look. My rent is $1550 for the month, and I will agree to take care of utilities. Please contact me asap!
